We are thrilled to announce Hivemap just secured €30k in funding as part of the Gravity Assist program of the European Space Agency – ESA! 🚀✨

🏆 This is a huge milestone, as it will finally allow us to set things into motion by acquiring our first two drones and testing our path planning and orthophotos algorithms with first responders and crisis centers.

As Gravity Assist is the internal business incubator of ESA, new members from ESTEC and HQ have joined the team:
– Esther Bastida Pertegaz: System Engineer
– José Pizarro De La Iglesia: System Security Engineer
– Martin von Koch: Business Analyst
– Andrea Manganiello: TT&C Engineer
– Torben Franzke: Management Officer

✅ These new members will provide us with the expertise and experience we lacked before, allowing us to develop our minimum viable product within the next six months.
